As you may have seen for the past few would be this message

After reading a bunch of tutorials and restoring 1 backup which came up with the same error so to find a solution I found this topic on wordpress.org It had help me alittle bit but still I got the error file so then I removed the user.ini file which brought my blog back
After pulling my hair thinking reading thinking and I had thought I tried everything even tweeted out to wordfence and made a topic on there forum but something told me I could get this working so I decided to site down and rethink this with a cold beer and here is my story and results.
