Any news on whmcs backup feature? No will I’m not surprised.

I’ve been wondering about this due to that whmcs has updated everything on the billing system but the backup features when I bet most of their competitors already have some very simple ways to backup via within the billing system. Granted when you’re the top billing system why should you care about your customers making backups?

It has been brought to whmcs attention by many people and what does whmcs do? Nothing natta they update the front end, the order page what good does that do the customers when you can’t even make a proper way to backup.  I wonder if the creator of whmcs actually uses his billing systems backup solution I bet not. We know he has more than 20mbs to backup up.

I’ve personally been a fan of whmcs for many years but due to them not listening to numerous people and acting like robot on their social networks they are no longer my favorite granted I do support my friends for using whmcs and refer them to just use cpanel as backup solution due to whmcs is to damn lazy to implement something more secure.

I wonder if whmcs emails all there backups to themselves? I mean the feature is there do they use it cause that could be major security it loophole their? Whats sad is that most of the competitors are smaller then whmcs and will probably top whmcs within the next few years due to whmcs laziness.

Take a look at some of whmcs competitors. The order here is the ones I for see jumping above whmcs if they don’t start listening to their customers.

Granted I’m no CEO I’m just a blogger who actually cares about people who buy such products. I don’t make any money out of this I do this to help others and to spread the knowledge. I doubt much people read this and the ones that do they probably understand where I am coming from. If you own one of these products I don’t mean to slander your product. I’m telling you the truth get your head in the game.
