Lesson learned.

it’s not until recently I had been trying to buy VPS server from 2 well known providers and the first one I tried I had mismatch error and was flagged in the fraud system keep in mind I made sure all of my information was updated but since it was late the billing department wasn’t open so I just left a ticket open with the billing department.  Then I try a second provider which I had PayPal and credit card issue trying for 4 – 5 times then I reach out to live chat which they seem to save me a lot of time I should have went to them first.  

If your provider it never hurts to have live chat that can help customers with order problems rather then letting it stay in ticket for the next morning because it just maybe to late.
