Unable to get rid of the screen lock on your samsung Galaxy phone fix

1. Go to the settings then which it looks like the image on the left.
2. Then go to Security it may be called security and privacy on other phone but that’s the spot.
3. Once you’re there look for Clear Credentials then press it.
4. Go back to the main menu look for screen lock that should enable the slide feature.

So far this has worked on the Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S6. If this works on any different version it would be nice if you left a comment so we can update this.
