Alright so it’s been nearly months since I had signed in to this so i decided to sign in to the store which is within a browser it worked fine then I get there windows app zero luck it keeps saying ” Invalid username and password. Please re-enter.” I tried on my laptop first then my with the same results now signing in the site it works everytime.
What tried so far
- Changed my password
- Restarted pc and laptop
- restarted the CinemaNow app
- Added it to the firewall
- Not getting any hits in my antivirus
I’ve put in a support ticket awaiting reply did that yesterday. I will update this topic once I get reply an fix.
