CinemaNow is Windows app not working

Alright so it’s been nearly months since I had signed in to this so i decided to sign in to the store which is within a browser it worked fine then I get there windows app zero luck it keeps saying ” Invalid username and password. Please re-enter.” I tried on my laptop first then my with the same results now signing in the site it works everytime.

What tried so far

  • Changed my password
  • Restarted pc and laptop
  • restarted the CinemaNow app
  • Added it to the firewall
  • Not getting any hits in my antivirus

I’ve put in a support ticket awaiting reply did that yesterday. I will update this topic once I get reply an fix.
